PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana)

  • EWS (income up to ₹3 lakh): Subsidy on loans up to ₹6 lakh at 6.5%
  • LIG (income ₹3–6 lakh): Subsidy on loans up to ₹6 lakh at 6.5%
  • MIG-I (income ₹6–12 lakh): Subsidy on loans up to ₹9 lakh at 4%
